We successfully sold our home with Accord Realty, Brandon and his staff. His communication and attention to detail was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Brandon listened to all of our concerns and represented our wishes during every step of the process. We were unsure how things would go with all the challenges we felt COVID might present but to be honest all went very smooth. From the time our listing went live we had numerous showings and had multiple offers and accepted one in less than 5 days. Brandon kept up the great work right up until we closed on the house. And his sense of humor is wonderful, appreciated, & comforting. We can’t say enough about Brandon’s ability to make you feel so stress-free. Anytime we felt ‘What should we do??” And every time Brandon took control of the situation & there was nothing we needed to worry about. In fact, a few times we’d wake up in the middle of the night in a panic over whatever & we’d say to ourselves, “No need to worry, Brandon will take care of it.” And he did. We never felt alone in the process. He was always there for us—even after the sell of house. It was pretty stress-free as far as logistics go when selling. Brandon sold our daughter’s & son-in-law’s home (twice: to them & for them) & he was a perfect fit for them; he was a perfect fit for us as well. Brandon’s now part of the family—he just doesn’t know it yet .

Very honest and won't tell you you should buy a place just to make a sale if you're lukewarm about it.
